Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL after purchase! Creative Elegance By Ashley has a NO REFUND POLICY! So please make sure when placing your order, you know your size and it is exactly what you want! Once an order has been placed, you can not cancel an order and it will not be refunded. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have an issue with a product; please contact us at creativelegancebyash@gmail.com.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us and also include a photo of the damaged item(s). We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.  We will not issue any refunds for stolen packages that were delivered to your residence. 

If for any reason your order has been shipped back to us, Creative Elegance By Ashley will REFUND your item(s); WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING!!! Shipping has already been paid for and will not be returned! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or YOU were not home to receive the package!
